These terms constitute a binding agreement between Sutum Information Technology LLC (National ID: 7029130866) and any entity using Sutumatic services.

1 Definition of Sutumatic Platform

Sutumatic is a cloud platform for business management and operations.

2 Registration & Account Creation

Customers must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts.

3 Free, Paid, and Trial Services

Free and trial services may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4 Subscriptions, Plans, and Add-ons

Features depend on the selected plan and add-ons. Additional features require separate subscription.

5 Payment & Billing

Fees are paid in advance. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

6 Calculator, Cart, and Pricing

Calculator prices are estimates. Final price is on the invoice or checkout page.

7 Account Access & Usage

Do not share login credentials. Each employee should have a separate account.

8 Users & Permissions

The customer is responsible for managing users and permissions.

9 Subscription Suspension & Read-Only Mode

After subscription ends, the account enters read-only mode for up to 6 months.

10 Data Access After Subscription Ends

Data is kept in read-only mode for up to 6 months after subscription ends.

11 Responsibility for Entered Data

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of data they enter into the system.

12 Reports & Analytics

Reports are for reference only and not legal, accounting, or tax advice.

13 Third-Party Integrations

Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their changes.

14 Use of WhatsApp & Meta Services

WhatsApp services are subject to Meta policies. The customer is responsible for message content.

15 Acceptable & Prohibited Use

The system must not be used for fraud, hacking, spam, or any illegal activity.

16 Data Protection & Confidentiality

Both parties must protect confidential information and data.

17 Service Continuity & Maintenance

We strive for uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

18 System Updates & Modifications

We may update the system with new features, security patches, and improvements.

19 Custom Projects & Setup Services

Custom services are subject to separate agreements. No refunds after work begins.

20 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights belong to Sutum Information Technology. Customer data remains the property of the customer.

21 Use of Customer Name & Logo

We may use customer names and logos for marketing. Customers can request removal.

22 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected subscription period.

23 Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify Sutumatic against claims arising from misuse.

24 Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, fraud, or terms violations.

25 Offers, Discounts & Promotions

Promotions are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined unless stated.

26 Notifications & Communication

We communicate via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app notifications.

27 Terms Modifications

Terms may be updated with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

28 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Saudi law. Disputes resolved in Jeddah courts.

29 Other Policies

Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy are complementary to these terms.
