This policy applies to all subscriptions, add-ons, setup fees, training, customization, integration, and migration services.

All fees are non-refundable except as specified in this policy.

3 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days if unused and no setup services were performed.

4 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days if unused and no setup services were performed.

5 Cases Where Refund May Be Accepted

Refunds may be granted for technical failures, duplicate charges, or service inability.

6 Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for: expired periods, used services, setup fees, training, migration, customization, third-party fees, terms violations, or change of mind.

7 Custom Services & Integrations

Custom services are non-refundable once work begins.

8 Monthly Add-ons

Add-ons follow the same rules as monthly subscriptions.

9 Payment Errors & Duplicate Charges

Duplicate charges will be refunded or credited after verification.

10 How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to info@sutomatic.com with full details and supporting documents.

11 Refund Review Period

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.

12 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

13 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted based on usage and executed work.

14 Cancellation Does Not Mean Refund

Cancelling stops renewal but does not automatically refund current period fees.

15 Offers & Discounts

Promotional subscriptions may have different refund terms.

16 Free Accounts

No refunds apply to free accounts or services.

17 Terms Violations

No refunds for accounts terminated due to terms violations.

18 Policy Changes

This policy may be updated. The policy in effect at the time of request applies.
